'Land 19' - Monoprint 1/1 (Framed)
Image size: 12cm x 16cms. Frame size: 35 x 32 cms.
Media: Monoprint. This print is an original work, hand printed onto Somerset Satin paper and signed. Each print from this series is unique but each image also shares some commonality of marks. This is due to being printed from the same plate throughout the series which had various drypoint lines embedded.
Process: It was created by using dry point lines scratched onto a metal plate and then inking up the plate cleanly before adding more ink to the surface in a painterly way. I may repeat the processs a few times before printing it with my etching press.
Shipping: The print is mounted onto archival board and framed in an off white wooden frame with glass. Masking tape and cardboard is placed in front of the glass, corners protected, then bubble wrapped and put in a plastic bag. Two boards are added for protection. I charge £8 for products posted within the UK and £15 for European and International countries. Collection or delivery with Leicester area is possible.
Notes: As with all fine art, I recommend that this print is protected by framing and by hanging in a location where it is not exposed to direct sunlight, extremes of temperature or high humidity.
