Shipping & Timeframes

All items are delivered using Royal Mail (UK) or An Post (Ireland) Tracked and Signed service. I will post products within 5-7 working days. Once a parcel has been posted, I will send you a notification. Please let me know if the order is needed by a specific deadline by sending an email through my contact page form and I will prioritise it.

I charge €15 for products including Ireland, UK, European and International countries. There are some countries that I may not be able to deliver to. Countries may be subject to customs duty charges including the UK. This is a tax that you may have to pay for importing foreign goods into your country of residence.  For current rates I recommend getting in touch with your local customs department, in such instances, any costs must be met by the buyer. 

Returns & refunds

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form.  If your order arrives in a damaged condition, I will issue a full refund including postal costs once it is returned. Please get in touch with me within 14 days including a photograph of the work and return the work within 30 days.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return the work, I will issue a refund once it is returned within 30 days in excellent condition. I will reinburse you for the return delivery cost.

Notes:

My prints and paintings are generally sold in a mount with cellophane or backed with card - this will be indicated in the product page. Some variation of colour may occur when viewing imagea on various screens and with the actual print. I recommend that my products are protected by framing and by hanging in a location where it is not exposed to direct sunlight, extremes of temperature or high humidity.
