Shipping & Timeframes

All items are delivered using Royal Mail (UK) or An Post (Ireland) Tracked and Signed service. Once a parcel has been posted, I will send you a notification.

Please let me know if the order is needed by a specific deadline by sending an email through my contact page form and I will prioritise it.

I charge £8 for products posted within Ireland and the UK and £15 for European and International countries.

There are some countries that I may not be able to deliver to. Countries may be subject to customs duty charges. This is a tax that you may have to pay for importing foreign goods into your country of residence.  In such instances, any costs must be met by the buyer. 

Returns & refunds

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form.  If your order arrives in a damaged condition, I will issue a full refund including postal costs once it is returned. Please get in touch with me within 14 days and return the work within 30 days.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return the work, I will issue a refund once it is returned within 30 days in excellent condition. I will reinburse you for the return delivery cost.

Notes:

My prints and paintings are generally sold in a mount with cellophane or backed with card - this will be indicated in the product page. Some variation of colour may occur when viewing imagea on various screens and with the actual print. I recommend that my products are protected by framing and by hanging in a location where it is not exposed to direct sunlight, extremes of temperature or high humidity.
