2018 December issue of The Quorndon Village Life

The Quorndon Village Life – December 2018

The feature appeared in the December 2018 issue of The Quorndon Village Life (the magazine is now called Village Life). It highlighted myself and two other artists in a double-page spread showcasing emerging talent in Leicester. At the time, we had been invited to exhibit work by the Cank Street Gallery, a contemporary art gallery located in the heart of Leicester (now closed), which played a key role in supporting and encouraging local artists.

The feature specifically shows two of my architectural paintings.

The gallery represented both emerging and established Leicestershire and UK artists, collaborated with the Leicester Society of Artists, and held an annual open art competition. I was delighted to contribute several urban paintings of Leicester for display in the gallery and front window.
